Gwynt y Môr OFTO plc awarded N‑Sea Group a further contract to repair one of the four 132 kV export cables within its transmission asset set, which links the Gwynt y Môr offshore wind farm to the National Grid. The scope includes engineering a new route and replacing a 5 km section of cable from the onshore transition joint bay towards the offshore platform, with associated HDD shore pull‑in, dredging, jointing, testing, and burial, to be executed in a 2025 summer repair campaign using N‑Sea’s cable repair vessel CURO.
