Offshore Wind Consultants Limited (OWC) was employed by Transmission Capital Services Limited (TCS) to provide technical consultancy services for contingency planning and related support for the OFTO assets managed by TCS, including TC Gunfleet Sands OFTO Limited. OWC’s scope included preparing export cable repair and maintenance strategies, developing contract strategies for future maintenance contracts, preparing specifications and tender packages for maintenance service procurement, and developing detailed employer’s requirements for cable repair operations in different water depths and for different cable types.
