Description
EWE Offshore Service & Solutions GmbH (EWE-OSS) was contracted to operate, maintain and monitor the Gemini offshore wind farm’s two offshore transformer stations and the onshore transformer station at Eemshaven. Its scope also included network management of the two 220 kV export cables transmitting power to shore and a 380 kV cable stretch on land connecting to the transmission network. The contract duration was five years starting in 2016.
