Grant Thornton was appointed by Ofgem as an independent consultant to undertake a forensic accounting investigation of the Galloper transmission project cost submissions, including checking the accuracy and completeness of the revised cost assessment template and matching reported CAPEX costs to contract documentation, to inform Ofgem’s indicative transfer value (ITV) determination for the Galloper OFTO assets.
