According to OX2’s project information, the 400 MW Galene offshore wind farm off the coast of Halland is planned to be commissioned in 2033, at which point it is expected to enter full commercial operation with around 1.7 TWh of annual production from up to 21 turbines in the Swedish Exclusive Economic Zone about 22 km west of Varberg.
