OX2 announced that Clinton Marine Survey had successfully completed a comprehensive five‑week geophysical survey of the Galatea‑Galene offshore wind farm area in the Kattegat, covering approximately 370 km² of the wind farm zones, including the Galatea sub‑area, and planned cable corridors using the vessel Northern Storm and support boat Northern Star. The completed survey, which verified previous investigations, provides detailed data on seabed bathymetry, geology, marine archaeology, and biology to be used in the continued development and permitting of the project.
