RTE published a contribution document to the official public debate on the electrical connection of the Fécamp offshore wind farm to the French transmission grid. This document, prepared for the "débat public" process hosted on the cpdp.debatpublic.fr platform, set out the proposed double 225 kV subsea and underground connection from the offshore wind farm to the onshore network and was used to inform and consult stakeholders and the public on the grid connection options and impacts.
