Full commercial operation of the Emerald (Sirius + Endurance) Export transmission system is expected in 2032, coinciding with full commissioning of the 1.3 GW Emerald Floating Wind project in the Celtic Sea, when both the 400 MW Sirius and up to 900 MW Endurance phases are projected to be fully connected and exporting power to shore through the completed offshore and onshore grid connection.
