On 12 April 2019, UK energy regulator Ofgem shortlisted five potential operators for the East Anglia ONE offshore transmission link as part of Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) Tender Round 6, moving the project’s transmission assets into the final Invitation to Tender stage for selection of an OFTO licensee.
