In December 2022, International Public Partnerships (INPP), through TC East Anglia One OFTO Limited, reached financial close on the long-term ownership and operation of the East Anglia One OFTO transmission link, which comprises the offshore and onshore export cables and substations connecting the 714MW East Anglia One wind farm in the North Sea to the UK national grid in Suffolk. The OFTO is fully equity-owned and enters an initial regulated revenue term of 21.5 years under the UK offshore transmission regime.
