Turner & Townsend was appointed by TenneT in late 2022 as the independent schedule assurance party for the DolWin epsilon offshore converter platform (part of the DolWin5 grid connection system). The company provided project controls and schedule/progress assurance services, including schedule and progress reviews, risk analysis, supply-chain monitoring, transparency and forecasting updates, early warnings of potential delays, and reporting/dashboarding support across project locations in Singapore and Haugesund, Norway.
