Description
Dragados Offshore, as part of a consortium with Siemens Energy, was contracted by Amprion Offshore GmbH to deliver the DolWin4 offshore HVDC converter platform. Dragados Offshore’s scope covered the offshore platform package including detail design and engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction, load-out, transportation to site, offshore installation and hook-up, and installation/commissioning of platform systems. Project execution was planned from mid-2022 through platform sail-away (scheduled 2027) with overall system delivery targeted for 2028.
