Prysmian Group was selected by Terna Rete Italia and awarded a turnkey contract worth around €40 million to design, supply, install and commission the 150 kV HVAC Capri–Sorrento power link, comprising a 16 km submarine and 3 km land cable route between Sorrento and Capri’s Gasto Ecological Island, completing the island’s connection ring.
