Scottish Ministers granted the OfTW Marine Licence for the Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm Offshore Transmission Works (OfTW) on 2 September 2014, providing written consent for the offshore transmission works under Section 20(1) of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010 and Section 65 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
