Beatrice Offshore Windfarm Limited, the generator joint venture for the 588 MW Beatrice offshore wind farm, transferred ownership of its offshore transmission assets, including two Offshore Transformer Modules, export cables and the onshore substation at Blackhillock, to TC Beatrice OFTO Ltd (the Transmission Capital Partners OFTO vehicle) for an asset transfer price of about £437.9 million under Ofgem’s Tender Round 6 regime, completing the divestment of the Beatrice OFTO.
