Description
KCI was awarded contracts by Dragados Offshore to perform the engineering design of the substructures (jacket foundations) for the BalWin3 HVDC offshore converter platform (and LanWin2). KCI’s scope included jacket structural analysis and full engineering from concept through basic and detailed design, including compliance with German BSH regulations, supporting delivery of TenneT’s 2 GW, ±525 kV HVDC offshore grid connection programme.
