Description
Dragados Offshore, in a consortium with Siemens Energy, was appointed by TenneT under a multi-year framework agreement covering BalWin3, LanWin2 and LanWin4. Dragados Offshore was responsible for the offshore converter platform delivery for BalWin3, including detailed design/engineering and procurement as well as fabrication and construction of the offshore platform (topsides and jacket), followed by load-out, transportation, offshore installation and hook-up, and commissioning of platform systems.
