Amprion's official press release (12 June 2025) on the start of production for the BalWin1 and BalWin2 converter platforms states that the two platforms "are set to be operational in 2030 and 2031", while OffshoreWind.biz (23 June 2025), citing Amprion, likewise reports that BalWin1 and BalWin2 "are scheduled to go into operation in 2030 and 2031". For BalWin2 this suggests first power / initial operation in 2031, so the projection uses mid‑2031 as the representative first‑power date.
