Description
Bilfinger secured a contract to supervise the comprehensive development and construction execution of the Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3 offshore wind farms in Poland, including technical supervision activities. Bilfinger was to monitor the assembly of 100 wind turbines and oversee the installation of offshore substations, as well as supervise the laying of more than 120 km of export cables, with a focus on compliance with permits and safety standards and on providing technical advice to the investor to reduce operational risks during grid connection.
