Geo Ingenieurservice Polska Sp. z o.o. (as part of a consortium) was contracted by PGE Baltica to execute specialist seabed surveys for Baltica 9 focused on unexploded ordnance (UXO) risk and shallow gas hazards. The scope covered performing geophysical surveys, processing, interpretation and analysis of the collected data, and issuing ALARP (as low as reasonably practicable) certificates for individual seabed locations intended for subsequent geotechnical investigations. The survey campaign was scheduled for Q3 2025 on locations selected based on a preceding 2D UHRS geophysical campaign.
