Description
ZRB Janicki, as part of a consortium with ROMGOS Gwiazdowscy, was contracted by PGE and Ørsted to carry out the HDD beach crossing and associated onshore interface works needed to connect Baltica 2’s subsea 275 kV export cables to the onshore cable section. The scope included steerable drilling to create four cable channels under the beach and construction of four underground transition joint bays (TJB) at Lubiatowo (Choczewo commune). The contractors were also to provide vessel support to execute these works.
