Description
GEOxyz completed geophysical survey work for the planned Baltica 2 offshore wind farm site and the associated export cable route, using its offshore support vessel GEO Ocean IV. The survey campaign (carried out during 2023–2024 and completed in April 2024) included multibeam echosounder (MBES), magnetometer, side scan sonar (SSS) and sub-bottom profiler (SBP) data acquisition to support seabed mapping and subsequent export cable and wind farm infrastructure design.
