On 17 September 2021, the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Gdansk (RDOS) issued the environmental decision for the Baltic Power offshore wind farm under Article 71 of the Polish EIA Act. This is the key environmental consent for offshore wind in Poland, covering 76 turbines of up to 15 MW each and two offshore substations.
