On 29 October 2025, Baltic Power confirmed successful installation of both offshore substations (OSS West and OSS East). The main contractor was a consortium of CS Wind Offshore and Semco Maritime. Topsides manufactured at Polish shipyards in Gdansk and Gdynia by Grupa Przemyslowa Baltic, then equipped in Denmark. Installation by Scaldis SMC HLV Gulliver.
