4C Offshore reported on 18 February 2026 that after all 78 monopile foundations were installed, joint owner Orlen stated that "with this milestone passed, construction can now move onto the subsequent stage which paves the way for first power by the end of the year." This developer statement indicates first power is expected by the end of 2026.
