Northland Power's official Baltic Power project page lists an "Expected COD: 2026" and states that Baltic Power has "scheduled completion in 2026" and will be the first Polish offshore wind farm operating in the Baltic Sea. ORLEN's 7 July 2025 press release further notes that "The operational commissioning of the farm is expected in 2026." Based on these developer statements, full commercial operations are projected in 2026.
