Worley Limited is an Australian public company that provides engineering, consulting, project and asset management solutions to the energy, chemicals and resources sectors. Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Sydney, it has grown through acquisitions and joint ventures into what it describes as the world’s largest provider of engineering, project and asset management solutions in its sectors. The group operates globally with around 45,500 employees across more than 40 countries and reported aggregated revenue of about A$12 billion in FY2025. Worley delivers end-to-end services across the asset lifecycle, from concept and front-end engineering design through detailed engineering, procurement, construction and fabrication (including EPC/EPCM), to operations, maintenance, optimization, decommissioning and remediation. Its portfolio spans conventional energy (onshore and offshore oil and gas, integrated gas, midstream infrastructure and decommissioning), low‑carbon energy (renewables, offshore wind, hydrogen, nuclear power, power networks, energy storage and data centers), chemicals and fuels (including low‑carbon fuels, plastics recycling and sustainable aviation fuel), and resources (minerals and metals, battery materials, fertilizers and water). Worley Consulting provides strategy, planning and investment advice, capital project support, environment and sustainability consulting, digital solutions and optimization and repurposing of existing assets, supported by Global Integrated Delivery centers. The company positions growth around the energy transition, reporting that around 60 percent of aggregated revenue is sustainability‑related and targeting 75 percent by the end of FY2026, subject to market conditions. It has committed to net‑zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 and a 2050 goal for Scope 3, and reports a 73 percent reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from FY2020. Worley applies an ISO 14001‑aligned environmental management system and a SEAL framework to embed safety and sustainability into project design and execution, including work on carbon capture, utilization and storage, offshore wind operations and maintenance, green hydrogen, advanced biofuels and circular plastics projects worldwide.
