Tulloch Developments Ltd is a family-owned civil and marine engineering contractor based in Gremista, Lerwick, Shetland, with a trading history of almost 40 years. The business traces its origins to a building company founded by Peter Tulloch that delivered private homes and council housing before expanding as Tulloch Construction into major building projects such as Whalsay Leisure Centre, Brae Swimming Pool and Mid Yell Care Centre. Following Peter Tulloch’s retirement it refocused on civil engineering as Tulloch Developments Ltd, undertaking contracts including the reflagging of Commercial Street in Lerwick, harbour works at Cullivoe Pier and Symbister Slipway, and road improvements such as the Aith road and Mid Yell road works. The company is registered in the UK under SIC code 41100 (development of building projects) and operates as a private limited company with share capital.
