SeaRenergy is an independent provider of comprehensive services to offshore wind industry stakeholders, active across the full lifecycle of utility‑scale projects. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Hamburg, the SeaRenergy Group combines SeaRenergy Offshore Holding with integrated engineering subsidiaries Elbe1, Con4Mare and Seartec, as well as regional entities in the Netherlands, Cyprus and Poland. Its service portfolio spans consulting and engineering, offshore and marine operations, QHSE support and the provision of offshore professionals, and it is approved by the German Federal Employment Agency to supply workers for the offshore wind and marine industry.
SeaRenergy structures its offering around four core pillars: Engineering Services, Marine Services, QHSE Services and Offshore Experts. Through Elbe1, Con4Mare and Seartec it delivers owners engineering, technical project and EPCI management, market intelligence and compliance, engineering and design, marine warranty survey, survey and inspections, risk and safety, and offshore project certification. Marine services cover port logistics, integrated platform commissioning services, crew transfers and supply runs, vessel inspections, marine coordination, construction site safety and operations and maintenance. The Offshore Experts business provides project staffing for onshore and offshore positions, crew change and travel management, visa handling and training management.
The group supports developers, grid operators and OEMs on major projects such as EnBW’s He Dreiht and Baltic Power in Poland through marine coordination and logistics. It holds a multi‑year offshore infrastructure contract with Siemens Energy covering logistics, warehousing and platform supply using its Cargo Run Service and chartered PSVs such as Spirit of Emden and BOS Prelude. Strategic initiatives include the acquisition of Elbe‑1 and, in 2025, hemmerschütz Solutions to add in‑house repair, corrosion protection and rotor, tower and foundation services, and a partnership with Tethys Robotics to integrate the Tethys ONE subsea inspection system. SeaRenergy embeds sustainability in daily operations via measures such as low‑emission mobility, green energy sourcing and its CarbonCompass emissions‑reduction project, and develops its long‑term Vision 2030 strategy through group‑wide workshops.
