Founded in 1947 and headquartered in Viby J, the group reported revenue of DKK 22.6 billion in 2024/2025 and employs about 8,900 people. Its operations are organised in independent, competitive divisions and companies that collaborate under a “One Company” model across five main business areas: Construction, Technical Solutions, Rail, Ground Engineering and Pipe Technologies. The group delivers large and complex projects spanning roads, bridges, tunnels, railways and light rail, ports and marine works, coastal protection, airports, district heating networks, power and industrial plants, wastewater treatment and sewer renovation, climate adaptation schemes, and building construction and renovation. It provides design, engineering and digital building services, early contractor involvement, technical contracts and long‑term service and maintenance. Ground Engineering is a core capability, covering onshore and offshore foundations, pile production and installation, construction pits and groundwater management, supported by design and engineering teams and a substantial fleet of piling and drilling rigs and Centrum-branded pile factories in several countries. In the energy and offshore wind value chain, Aarsleff works on offshore wind turbine foundations and concrete working platforms, electricity and district heating infrastructure, and foundations for wind farms and power plants, and participates in concept development for large-scale energy island and other green transition projects.
