Fram Marine AS is a Norway-based technical advisory and project management company serving the marine, energy, and renewables sectors. Established in 2009 and headquartered in Oslo, it combines project execution and management capabilities with operational and technical expertise. Fram Marine operates across several competence areas. In marine operations it plans and manages load-out, transport, installation, hook-up, and decommissioning activities for assets such as platforms, FPSOs, HVDC offshore wind converter platforms, loading buoys, fish farms and other offshore units, including interface, risk and subcontract management. Its HSEQ and risk management services cover development and implementation of HSEQ systems, technical safety advice, project and asset risk identification, analysis and mitigation, and maintenance optimization, underpinned by an HSEQ system based on ISO 9001 and Achilles prequalification. Through management consulting it delivers technical and project advisory, mentoring, improvement processes for business and project execution, interim management from line roles to C‑suite, and independent project, design, technology and compliance reviews.
The company is also active in energy efficiency and environmental upgrades for fleets, managing retrofit and newbuild projects such as air lubrication, scrubbers, SCR systems, hybrid power conversions and emission monitoring, and supporting SEEMP development, maker and yard selection, and class approval.
