Erbud is a Poland‑based construction and engineering group that operates as a general contractor across building, infrastructure, industrial and energy markets in Poland and internationally. Through Erbud S.A. and specialist subsidiaries, the Group delivers large‑volume commercial and residential buildings, public utility facilities such as hospitals and university centres, shopping centres, and industrial facilities. It also undertakes road and civil engineering, including highways, bridges and tunnels, as well as the construction and modernization of power and industrial infrastructure. In the renewable energy sector the Group designs and builds solar and wind farms, provides operation and maintenance services, and carries out development contracting activities; its RES business, led by ONDE, generated PLN 847.5 million of revenue in 2025 and has built a development portfolio exceeding 2 GW. Erbud is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and reported 2025 Group revenues of approximately PLN 3.26 billion, with an external order book of about PLN 2.5 billion and over 3,000 employees.
Industrial and energy services form a distinct segment within the Group. ERBUD Industry and its Polish subsidiary CKTiS provide welding, assembly, repair, modernization and maintenance for heating networks, boilers, turbines and process installations in the energy, chemical, refinery and petrochemical sectors, supported by a diagnostics laboratory and district heating capabilities. In Germany, IVT focuses on engineering, servicing and maintenance of industrial infrastructure, while IKR constructs and installs pipelines and industrial systems for chemical, petrochemical, industrial, energy and metallurgical clients. The Group also develops wooden modular construction through MOD21, though this business is under reorganization following losses, and operates internationally in markets including Germany, France, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Austria and Lithuania. Erbud embeds ESG considerations in its operations, constructing to BREEAM and LEED standards, reporting on Group‑wide ESG performance, and running the ERBUD Foundation to support young people leaving foster care.
