VINCI is an integrated French group active in concessions, energy solutions and construction that designs, finances, builds and operates infrastructure and facilities to improve everyday life and mobility. Originating in 1899 as Société Générale d’Entreprises, it has grown into a global operator in motorways, airports, energy networks and complex construction projects. Its concessions activities, grouped under VINCI Autoroutes, VINCI Airports, VINCI Highways and other concessions, manage long‑term public infrastructure contracts. The Group is the world’s largest private airport operator and a leading motorway operator with an 8,200 km network, and uses these assets to support mobility, regional development and decarbonisation initiatives such as solar power on highway land.
Energy Solutions are delivered mainly through VINCI Energies and Cobra IS. VINCI Energies operates across infrastructures, industry, ICT and building solutions, making energy, transport and communication systems more reliable, safe and efficient, while Cobra IS focuses on large EPC projects and long‑term public‑private partnerships in electricity generation and high‑voltage transmission, including offshore wind converter platforms and transmission lines. A dedicated entity, Zero.e, consolidates renewable generation and storage assets, with more than 5 GW of solar and battery capacity in operation, under construction or ready‑to‑build, and selective investment in countries such as Spain, Portugal, Brazil, the United States and Australia. VINCI Construction and VINCI Immobilier deliver major transport systems, civil works and buildings and urban developments worldwide.
The Group operates in more than 120 countries through over 7,000 locations and 294,000 employees. In 2025 it generated €74.6 billion in revenue, with 59% from outside France, and record free cash flow of €7.0 billion. VINCI positions its decentralised, multi‑local model around an ambition to play an active part in the energy and environmental transition of living spaces, infrastructure and mobility, targeting a 40% reduction in direct greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 versus 2018 and having achieved a 26% reduction by 2025, and has been rated A in CDP’s Climate Change assessment.
