Jointly owned and operated via the Combined Marine Offshore Services (CMOS) company, a partnership between Enshore Subsea and Herbosch-Kiere. Built in 1999 at De Hoop B.V., Lobith, The Netherlands, and upgraded in 2012 at Astander Shipyard, Spain. Previously operated under names including TOPAZ INSTALLER, TEAM OMAN and TEAM SEA SPIDER.
