DP2 shallow-draft, highly manoeuvrable cable laying vessel with a proven 25-year track record. Jointly owned and operated via the Combined Marine Offshore Services (CMOS) company, a partnership between Enshore Subsea and Herbosch-Kiere. Built in 1999 at De Hoop B.V., Lobith, The Netherlands, and upgraded in 2012 at Astander Shipyard, Spain. Previously operated under names including TOPAZ INSTALLER, TEAM OMAN and TEAM SEA SPIDER.
Diesel-electric propulsion system with DEIF PPM-300 PMS. Main propulsion provided by 2 x Schottel SRP 1212 FP azimuth thrusters, 1200 kW each; bow/thruster package comprises 1 x Schottel SRP 1212 ZSV retractable azimuth thruster, 1200 kW, 1 x Schottel STT 1010 LK FP tunnel thruster, 1100 kW, and 1 x Schottel STT 4 CP tunnel thruster, 1044 kW.
