Norton Rose Fulbright advised TotalEnergies on its strategic minority investment in Xlinks First (Xlinks) in connection with the development of the Xlinks Morocco–UK Power Project. The firm provided corporate, projects, tax, antitrust and Moroccan law advice to support the equity investment into the developer of the proposed long‑distance HVDC subsea cable and associated generation and storage assets, assisting TotalEnergies to complete its participation in Xlinks' initial funding round.
