On 27 March 2018, Green Investment Group Limited acquired Marubeni Corporation’s 25% equity interest in the 210 MW Westermost Rough offshore wind farm. The acquisition increased the Green Investment Group–led consortium’s holding from 25% to 50% of the project, alongside Ørsted, which continued to own the remaining 50%.
