Westermost Rough Awarded a seabed lease under The Crown Estate's Offshore Wind Leasing Round 2 (R2), announced on 18 December 2003. R2 awarded development rights to 15 sites totalling around 7.2 GW across three strategic areas — the Greater Wash, Thames Estuary, and the North West (Liverpool Bay).
