In its August 2014 announcement of shortlisted bidders, Ofgem stated that it expected to announce details of the preferred bidders for the Westermost Rough and Humber Gateway offshore transmission links in 2015. This planned step would select the preferred OFTO for Westermost Rough, ahead of licence grant and asset transfer under Tender Round 3.
