Export of power from the Westermost Rough offshore wind farm via the Westermost Rough transmission assets was planned to begin on 1 July 2014, when National Grid Electricity Transmission (NGET) would permit power export through the offshore and onshore AC export cables to the Hedon 275 kV substation.
