Prism Energy

Prism Energy provided project management support to the West of Orkney Windfarm by deploying its project management software, Prism Apps, across the project team for daily use. The team used modules including Action Tracking and Management of Change to support project development. Prism Energy also delivered estimating support during the concept phase by compiling a robust cost book for the project’s reference case.
