Vercity provided financial management, accounting, lender liaison, cash forecasting/management, and company secretarial services for a group of companies holding a 50% stake in the Walney Extension offshore wind farm. The scope included supporting the group’s interface with a substantial lender consortium and providing support related to the project’s OFTO transaction processes (including lender approval and associated governance and accounting requirements).
