In 2006, as part of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the proposed Walney offshore wind farm (covering both phases including Walney 2), RSK undertook detailed landscape, seascape and visual impact assessments and carried out stakeholder consultations with Cumbria and Lancashire county councils, the Lake District National Park and Natural England on the onshore works and visual impacts of the project.
