Description
CS WIND Offshore was contracted by Ørsted to fabricate two offshore substations and their jacket foundations for the Walney 1 and Walney 2 wind farms in Great Britain. For Walney 2 this work included manufacturing the offshore substation topside and steel support jacket that serve as the main offshore transmission platform for the project. These fabricated structures form part of the Walney II Transmission Assets that were subsequently transferred to Blue Transmission Walney 2 Limited under the UK OFTO regime.
