Description
Copenhagen Offshore Partners (COP) provided project management support to the Veja Mate offshore wind farm by seconding an executive team to the SPV at financial close. COP-led management was credited with accelerating construction and commissioning, coordinating contractors and stakeholders through the build phase until the wind farm entered operation in 2017.
