Following submission of its notification of proposed development, Utsira Nord Havvind DA’s project for Utsira Nord’s southern area is scheduled to enter public consultation in spring 2026, when NVE will circulate the notification and hold public meetings at relevant locations. This consultation will gather stakeholder input and form the basis for NVE’s final programme for the project’s impact assessment, expected in autumn 2026.
