Description
Siemens Energy was contracted by Innogy SE to design, supply and build the Triton Knoll grid connection, covering two Offshore Transformer Modules (offshore substation platforms) and the onshore substation at Bicker Fen. Siemens also led construction of the new onshore substation site and delivered the offshore substations as part of the transmission system connecting the wind farm to the mainland grid.
