Onshore landfall and cable route sequencing documents for the Triton Knoll Electrical System show that Murphy began onshore export cable installation and jointing activities in Q2 2019, following Q3 2018–Q1 2019 enabling works. The August 2019 Triton Knoll community newsletter reports that the first onshore cables had already been installed while the HDD landfall ducts were being completed, confirming that onshore cable installation was underway by summer 2019.
