In 2021, Renantis (then known as Falck Renewables) and BlueFloat Energy formed a partnership to co-develop floating offshore wind projects in Italy, including the 975 MW Tibula Energia floating wind farm off the north‑eastern coast of Sardinia, under which they are recorded as 50/50 owners of the project.
