RWE's Thor project page says "Thor will be in operations by 2027" and its 17 March 2026 press release notes that all 72 turbines will be brought into commercial operation by 2027 and that "When fully operational in 2027, Thor offshore wind farm will be capable" of supplying over one million households. This is taken as the developer-stated timeline for full commercial operations in 2027.
