In September 2007, hedge fund Christofferson, Robb & Co (CRC) bought Thanet Offshore Wind Limited (TOW) from Warwick Energy, acquiring ownership of the Thanet Offshore Wind Farm project that Warwick had initially conceived and licensed from The Crown Estate.
